This article explains how to access the Old DRG Expense Report system.
Beginning on 9/25/2025, all expenses on and after that date must be reported in the new Concur Expense Report system https://www.concursolutions.com/nui/signin
Step 1. In a web browser, navigate to https://er.drgok.com
Step 2. Click Login. On the next page enter the email associated with your expense report account. Then, hit Sign in with Email.
(Note that the email for your expense report account could be your DRG/Cardinal Point email, a personal email, or a government email. You may want to verify with IT which email was used to set up your account.)
Step 3. An email will be sent to the address that you entered on the previous screen. When you receive the email, select sign in. Note that it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive. Don't forget to check your junk/spam folder if you didn't receive it.
Step 4. The sign in button will bring you to a new web page. Enter the six-digit code from the email and then select Complete sign in.
Step 5. You will now have successfully logged in to the expense report system.
Expense Report Tips and Troubleshooting:
DRG provides a custom-built expense report system that integrates with our current accounting software. It is available from any web-connected device and requires an email address that you own as log in credentials.
Tips and Solutions if you are having issues:
If you are experiencing issues logging in to the site please follow the solutions below:
- Try all emails that you own whether work or personal email addresses.
- Try from all browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and etc.)
- Try from different devices (cell phone, Government Computer, DRG Computer, personal computer, and etc.)
If you are experiencing issues with filing an Expense Report and can log in to the site follow the solutions below:
- Try deleting the Expense Item and add it again.
- Try deleting the entire Expense Report and start over.
