What is it?
DRG provides employees a cloud-based expense report system that integrates with our current accounting software. You upload documentation of expenses with your DRG-issued purchasing card or you can be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses and per diem via this reporting system. All expense reports must be approved by your designated approver(s). The system is available from any web-connected device and requires only an email address that you own as log in credentials.
System Migration Details - September 2025:
We have now gone live with SAP Concur as our new expense report system!
- Both expense report systems (current and new) will remain active for a time after the Go Live date of September 25th. This is to ensure that DRG does not miss any charges that post before or after Go Live.
- Key Dates:
- All credit card charges that post on or before Wednesday, September 24th must be processed in the old system https://er.drgok.com. Charges that post Thursday, September 25th and onward must be processed in the new system https://concursolutions.com/nui/signin. Expense reports containing DRG/CP credit card charges need to be submitted by the 10th of the month for charges in the previous month’s statement. Please ensure that only ONE expense report per month is submitted for credit card charges.
- Per Diem and Accountable Plan expenses will continue to be processed in the old system until midnight Thursday, October 2nd. These expenses should be added and processed in the new system (SAP Concur) starting Friday, October 3rd. Expense reports that include per diem or out-of-pocket expenses to be reimbursed through payroll must be submitted no later than 12:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday following the end of the pay period. Any expense report submitted after this deadline will be processed on the next pay period.
- All DRG/CP expense report users will be set up in the new system by end of day Wednesday, September 24th.
