How to Access Your Email for the First Time

To access your DRG or Cardinal Point email and complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup, please follow the steps below:

 

1. Sign In and Set Your Password

  1. On a laptop or mobile device, open a web browser and navigate to:
    https://outlook.office.com

  2. Enter your DRG or Cardinal Point email address on the sign-in page, then click Next.

  3. You will be redirected to the DRG Single Sign-On (SSO) page. Click Next to continue.

  4. Enter the temporary password that was sent to you in a separate email from the IT department.

 

 

2. Enroll in Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  1. After signing in, you will be directed to the Duo Security welcome page. Click Next to proceed through the introduction screens until you reach “Select an option.”

  2. Choose Duo Mobile as your preferred authentication method.

  3. On the “Enter your phone number” screen, input your mobile number and confirm its accuracy.

  4. Verify device ownership by selecting either “Send me a passcode” or “Call my phone.”

 

 

3. Install Duo Mobile

  1. Download the Duo Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.

  2. Once installed, open the app and either scan the QR code provided on-screen or request an activation link to link your account.

4. Access Your Email

You can now sign in to your email and authenticate using Duo MFA.

 

Note:
